If there's one thing Colin loves, it's a good old parade! The Scottish Christmas Parade takes place in Old Town Alexandria with dogs, people in Scottish attire, and bagpiper bands!

Not sure what Puss 'N' Boots has to do with Scotland, but Colin enjoyed meeting him.

Colin could barely take his eyes off "the marchers" each time they passed by.I thought it was neat how he matched the plaid of this Scottish band.
