When Papa Albert was in town, we took Colin to the Reston Zoo.
It was his first trip to the zoo. It was a day of several firsts for him. Here we are on the "safari ride" with a camel. He probably was more excited about the tractor pulling us than the actual animals.

Colin also took his first pony ride that day. After a few seconds patting the pony, he was ready to mount.
Once the pony started moving, his face lit up!
Colin also experienced feeding animals for the first time. It was easy to feed the baby goats.
Feeding the grownup goats was more of a challenge, but still exciting!
Don't forget the sheep! Baaaa!
Colin loves turtles. Here he is waving "hi" to the turtle.
